For Online Purchases

  1. Images on our website are for reference only. We do our best to accurately show the finish colours of all of our pieces, however colours can vary by personal perception or due to different technology used.
  2. The store will call to confirm your order after it has been placed, confirming delivery and item availability.
  3. It is the customer’s responsibility, prior to placing an order, to know measurements of all doorways, hallways, staircases and elevators in the path of delivery to ensure that the furniture will fit.
  4. Items will ship at their earliest available date. If you are unable to accept delivery within 30 days of the first available delivery date, Bennetts reserves the right to charge a holding fee.
  5. Unless otherwise notified, your delivery will arrive on the day scheduled. All goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
  6. Additional delivery fees will be applied for re-delivery if you are not home on your scheduled delivery date.
  7. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Bennetts has the right, at our sole discretion, to reject or cancel orders placed for that item. At our discretion and depending on the circumstances, we’ll either contact you for instructions about your order, or cancel the order and notify you about the cancellation.

Return & Cancellation Policy

For Online Purchases

  1. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, and so long as it is a regularly stocked item, you may return it to a Bennetts location within 7 days for a full refund or an in-store credit. The item must be in the same condition it left our store, including no odours, otherwise there will be a restocking fee, or in the event that the item is destroyed, the refund will be denied.
  2. All custom orders are final sale.
  3. If you wish to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, so long as it is a regularly stocked item that is in stock at time of purchase, you must notify us within 3 days of placing the order and we will cancel the order and provide a refund.
  4. For custom order cancellations, we must be notified within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
